With as little disruption as possible, and clear notes on what changed.
- 4
Ongoing support

Questions
Do you have response times?
Yes. Every support contract has a service level agreement (SLA) setting out how quickly we respond and fix things. We agree it with you, in writing, before you sign.
Do you supply hardware?
Yes. We supply and fit computers, servers, network equipment and phones.
What happens to our old equipment?
We dispose of it securely, following NCSC and WEEE guidance, so no data is left behind.
What size of organisation do you work with?
Anyone from a one-person business to larger organisations: one of the companies we support has 200 employees.
Ready when you are.
