Critical infrastructure upgrade
The servers running an NHS customer’s building management, access control and environmental control systems were out of date. We replaced them with three modular rackmount servers, added 8TB of storage each, spread workloads across sites and moved the data across in phases with contingency plans against loss.

Infrastructure upgrade and expansion
Storage was full, backups only partly worked and nothing was monitored centrally. We added 120TB of storage, upgraded Acronis backup, deployed real-time monitoring, moved every server to Windows Server 2022 and trained staff on site.

Website redesign and automation
A slow website that needed constant manual updates. We rebuilt it with a responsive design, a global CDN and an acceleration suite, then automated updates, caching and image optimisation — and added live chat, a shop and a newsletter.
