Our History

Founded in 2021, NeurodiverCity C.I.C. was born from the lived experience of our CEO, who faced barriers to employment as an Autistic, Dyslexic, epileptic individual with ADHD. This inspired the creation of a not-for-profit dedicated to reducing neurodivergent unemployment and empowering individuals to thrive.

What began as a vision to support neurodivergent entrepreneurs has grown into a trusted organization, offering tailored business consultancy, IT services, and ongoing support.

Since our inception, we’ve helped countless individuals overcome challenges, launch businesses, and achieve lasting success while building a community that celebrates neurodivergent talent.
